This advanced program is designed for seasoned mediators who have completed MLC or are an active member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals or the International Academy of Mediators and are ready to move beyond foundational competencies into the nuanced, strategic, and reflective dimensions of mediation practice. Grounded in interdisciplinary theory, advanced techniques, and intensive case work, the program enhances participants’ capacity to navigate complex, high-stakes disputes with clarity, confidence, and adaptability. Learning is supported through coached feedback and targeted skills development, fostering thoughtful refinement of individual mediation practice.

Limited Enrollment: To ensure a highly interactive and personalized learning experience, enrollment is capped around 20 participants. This small-cohort model allows for a more focused, high-impact learning environment with tailored coaching and real-time feedback.

Prerequisite: Participants must have previously completed the Mediating the Litigated Case (MLC) training program or be an active member of the Distinguished Neutrals or International Academy of Mediators.
