About the Event

Sacred Bridges: Transforming Conflict Through Faith is a three-day leadership experience designed to equip faith leaders and key stakeholders to navigate conflict with wisdom, courage, and compassion. Rooted in the biblical call to reconciliation, the program guides participants through a transformational journey of Within, Between, and Beyond, beginning with personal self-awareness and spiritual formation, expanding into healthier relationships and courageous conversations, and culminating in faithful leadership that builds bridges across congregations, communities, and the broader world.

Through biblical foundations, practical frameworks, guided reflection, facilitated dialogue, experiential learning, and realistic case studies, participants develop the skills and confidence to communicate under pressure, restore trust, strengthen relationships, and lead reconciliation wherever faith and conflict intersect.
