For the first time since 2019, the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution welcomes back its renowned Professional Skills Program (PSP). For more than three decades, PSP has brought together dispute resolution professionals from around the world for an immersive learning experience focused on developing skills, exchanging ideas, and strengthening practice.

Over two-and-a-half days, participants will select one intensive course and learn alongside nationally recognized practitioners, scholars, and fellow professionals. Small class sizes create an interactive environment for meaningful discussion, practical exercises, and direct engagement with faculty.

Beyond the classroom, shared meals and program gatherings offer opportunities to connect with colleagues from across the dispute resolution community.
